The control process is a four-step process that can be implemented in any (or all) of the various levels in an organization to ensure that the organization is adequately producing on all levels.
The good part is that anyone can use the control process. Even low-totem hourly employees are given an avenue to become engaged and take ownership in the organization. There should be evidence in your product receipts after the first few months that your inventory costs are coming back in line as a result of your increased bottle security
Step Four: Take corrective action. Find out why the bottle lock is taking too long to apply if that is the case. Discover if additional training is needed or if your employees are not working efficiently enough to get the job done.
