There are many companies out there that specialize in being background check experts. Their main function is to dig deep into an applicant or current employee’s past to help make a realistic determination in the hiring process.
Unfortunately, even these background check experts can miss out on finding a critical piece of history. As we have seen in some of the more tragic recent events, major companies whose employees need extremely high levels of security clearance have missed something big in their pre-employment screening.
