While preparing for my Thanksgiving dinner, I stopped into the local liquor store to see what their wine selection looked like. Having spent the last decade in Loss Prevention, my attention was drawn to a group in the corner of the store. They had rather hushed voices, and rather large bags with them. I can not believe that just a few years ago we actually thought the best strategy for liquor bottle security would be to take all of our liquor bottle inventory and lock it up to protect it from theft.
