How much is too much? When you are merchandising and stocking in your departments, traditionally you want to fill the shelves and the racks as much as you can. If you have theft issues, than yes, you can have too much product out. Thieves will take every opportunity you give them. If you put out every piece of high theft merchandise, do not be surprised if the thieves actually take every piece.
