In my experience, to be a successful trainer, you have to spend time honing your skills and your education. It helps you become an expert in your subject matter. It also helps you to comprehensively answer the questions that might arise during a Loss Prevention Workshop.
How would you expect someone to be able to answer questions on how to interview an employee theft case if they had never conducted an interview before? They would not be able to give you tips on getting the most beneficial information from that employee. They might also not know that there are certain safety precautions that should be in place in your office before you conduct the interview.
