There are many different retailers who sell footwear and all know how hard it is to protect this product. Most footwear theft is perpetrated by the shoplifter trading in his/her old shoes for new ones. Many shoplifters look for hard tags so this will keep them guessing, but when they walk out your associates will be alerted by your clothing alarm to the potential theft. This will not damage the product and it is very hard for a would-be shoplifter to remove.

This tag has a little metal loop that will allow you to secure the hard tag to the shoe. Another option is the 3 alarm cable lock. This also is a hard tag with a cable to attach to the shoe, but it also has a built in alarm. If tampered with the clothing alarm will sound immediately. With all the theft today it is important to put security tags on clothes in order to protect the profits we work so hard to achieve.
